Gather around a long table for a bespoke multi-course menu celebrating the vibrant flavours of Cantonese cuisine, paired with cocktails co-created by Brendan and Suzie Q’s bartenders. Throughout the evening, Brendan will personally guide each course, sharing stories of the dishes he grew up with and the inspirations behind them.
